Two historically important travel routes, Roads 203 and 487, utilized for mining, ranching, recreation, hunting, and public safety activities are scheduled for decommissioning. Commonly known as Workman Creek and Cherry Creek, these roads are in Game Management Unit 23 South. Read more about the issue HERE.
We are compiling a list of individuals that support keeping the roads open and could or would be “harmed” if they were closed. We will submit the list of names to the Arizona AG’s office who is working with the AZ Game & Fish Commission assessing whether or not legal action is necessary to keep these roads open.
