To qualify, you must be a business or company whose mission or purpose is consistent with AZSFWC or as otherwise waived by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the AZSFWC Board of Directors. Affiliate Members have no voting rights and are not eligible to apply for AZSFWC License Plate grants.
Annual dues are based on the organization’s revenues in Arizona as follows:
- Under $5 Million, $200 annual membership fee
- Between $5 Million and $10 Million, $500 annual membership fee
- Over $10 Million, $950 annual membership fee
Dues are paid annually based on the date they are approved for membership not on a calendar year basis.
All new members are subject to Board approval.
